If i purchase merchandise say from china, and resell it in uzbekistan what kind of license would i need?
I live in CA and would be traveling just for business
if the merchandise is never physically in CA am i still liable for state taxes?

Becareful that you know who your dealing with and that it is not a scam that you can get in emails, etc. Check out which is part of the SBA and have counselors for free to talk to you and have all kinds of free templates, etc. for business plans, cash flow charts, etc. on their site!
